Patch v0.8.9.40 - You can now watch ads for extra chips!

Today's update brings a way for you to be able to get extra chips every day, as well as help support our continued upkeep and development of Poker Patio:

You can now go to https://pokerpatio.com/chips

And at the bottom you will be able to watch a video ad, which will grant you 150 chips. You can watch 2 ads every 3 hours. For the ads to work you must have any ad blockers disabled for our site - let us know if you run into any issues with the ad viewing process!

NEW:

• Lobbies tables will now have an infinite scroll, without the need to switch pages, to make finding your favorite rooms easier than ever!
• To non-chop rooms, we've added new on-table banners, that helps promote the availability of chip rooms - we expect this to extend the regular userbase that play chips, and make it more competitive!

BUGFIXES:

• Several web server crash fixes
• We've fixed some issues, where if you got the "Tried to raise/call/check but the game folded me instead" but, it would still take your chips and add them to the rake, while still folding you. Now if that happens, at least you will not be losing your chips even if the system "detects that you shouldn't be able to raise/call/check". We've also added more logging to help us dive deeper into the issue and try to get the route cause sorted.
• Other minor improvements to help with the reduction of some bugs and/or additional logging to help us debug further.

What's next for Poker Patio?

At least for another week or two, one of our developers will continue focusing on bugfixes & improving overall stability, to hopefully get to the bottom of some of the few remaining critical bugs. Our other developer will begin work on the leaderboards system.

We will provide more information in the following weeks, along with more accurate estimates of when first leaderboards will see the light of day :)
