v0.8.3.032 - Guest auto-generated usernames and more!

Today's update brings some small, but important updates!

NEW:

• Guest players in public rooms, will now only be able to select randomly generated usernames and disallowed from choosing their own. This is to further combat frequent profanity/spam. *Guests in private rooms can still choose username at will.
• A "confirm unnecessary fold popup" has been added that will warn you if you try to fold when you can check. It is possible to disable this check in Settings -> Preferences.

IMPROVEMENTS:

• Fixed some bugs/issues with "raise UI" to make it clearer (if you can only raise with an all-in, the progress bar will now show at max, not at min). Also fixed some issues where it wouldn't always properly re-update after some events (like pause/unpause etc.)
• Made "requesting a seat box" the same width as other seats.
